SM Entertainment to Film TVXQ's Concert in 3D + Develop TV Series

During a recent interview with Seoul News, SM Entertainment's CEO Kim Young Min was asked about their focus this year and according to him, the company will be spending on expanding performances and also media business.
He added, "Currently TVXQ is raising a huge success by receiving 550,000 audiences for the Japanese tour. Performances business is part of the One-Source-Multi-Use, which previously only had DVDs for secondary publication. However, we’re planning on filming the concerts in 3D and showing it in theatres around Asia."
CEO Kim also stated that they will be holding SMTown Season 2 and will definitely perform the upgraded version in Seoul. "We’re also developing TV series (dramas) and musicals. The best example will be academy styled dramas where SM can be best at with its idols and musics. We have purchased the publication right for Hana-Kimi three years ago and are now in the final development stage with the castings to follow soon", he remarked.
